These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Momentify. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use Momentify.

Using Momentify

Momentify allows users to browse templates and create personalized websites for invitations, wishes, announcements, personal messages, memories, surprises, and other occasions.

Some features are available without signing in. Creating drafts, publishing websites, managing publications, and using certain account features may require a valid account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use Momentify only for lawful purposes.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Protecting access to your account.
• Keeping your account information accurate.
• Activities performed through your account.
• Informing us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Momentify may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the original text, images, media, and other content you provide.

You give Momentify permission to store, process, display, and deliver that content as necessary to provide drafts, previews, published websites, sharing features, and related services.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have permission to use the content you upload or publish.
• Your content does not violate another person’s rights.
• Personal information is shared appropriately.
• Your content complies with applicable laws.

Templates and Platform Content

Momentify’s platform, templates, designs, branding, software, and related materials remain the property of Momentify or their respective owners.

Using or purchasing a template gives you a limited right to personalize and publish it through Momentify. It does not transfer ownership of the template or permit you to copy, resell, redistribute, or misuse it outside the service.

A paid template price generally applies to one publication unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Momentify to:

• Create or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive another person.
• Violate privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Upload malware or attempt to damage the service.
• Bypass access restrictions or security controls.
• Interfere with another user’s account or publication.
• Misuse payment, response, or communication features.
• Access data or systems without authorization.

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect Momentify, its users, or others.

Pricing and Payments

Browsing, previewing, and personalizing templates may be free. Payment is required only when publishing with a paid template or feature.

The exact payable amount is shown before payment. Prices are currently displayed in Indian rupees and may vary by template.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. A payment is not considered successfully authorized until it has been verified.

If payment is completed but Momentify cannot successfully create the publication, you may be eligible for a refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

Successfully published digital websites are generally not refundable.

Published Websites

You are responsible for reviewing your content before publishing it.

Anyone with access to an unlocked publication link may be able to view and share its content. Search-engine restrictions do not make a publication private. Use available password protection when restricted access is needed.

Momentify may restrict, expire, or disable a publication when required by its settings, these terms, security concerns, legal obligations, or abuse-prevention measures.

Service Availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but Momentify may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

Features, templates, limits, and pricing may change. Material conditions that affect a purchase will be presented before payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Momentify is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from:

• User-provided or published content.
• Unauthorized sharing of publication links.
• Third-party services.
• Temporary service interruptions.
• Loss caused by misuse of an account.
• Content uploaded without appropriate permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending Use of the Service

You may stop using Momentify at any time.

Momentify may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, misuses the service, or fails to complete a required payment.

Some records may be retained after account closure where necessary for payments, disputes, security, recovery, or legal requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as Momentify changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
